ReporteQ is looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst (Minimum 2.5 years of experience is required. Must have excellent written, verbal English skills & Good technical knowledge)
Responsibilities
- To create detailed functional requirements and development artifacts such as workflow diagrams, business rules, data mapping spreadsheets, and/or wireframes.
- Identify and initiate new business opportunities by being a bridge between higher management and prospective clients.
- Be an interface between developer teams, management teams, and clients
- Continue to provide support to the project at all stages with the objective of maintaining continuity of all information and quality of the final solution
- Provide support to business partners on processes and application functionality.
- Carry the team along from the onset of the project
- Enable to understand and gather comprehensive information about business needs and stakeholders’ requirements.
- Facilitate communication and knowledge sharing to ensure clients’ needs are met effectively
- May or may not be involved in testing the final product
- Responsive to technical/non- technical queries from the clients
- Keeps track of budget & hours for the projects
Required Skills:
- Detail-oriented, with solid analytic and research skills.
- Strong professional communication (written and verbal).
- Excellent client dealing
- Strong technical knowledge
- Experience managing competing priorities and deadlines.
- Familiar with SDLC methodologies.
- Experience creating process artifacts, such as (but not limited to): business cases, process maps, use cases, user stories, requirements documents, test plans, and quality matrices.
- Candidates must be able to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
- Have a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
