Reporting and Analytics Executive

We are seeking a skilled Reporting and Analytics professional with hands-on experience in reporting, financial and commercial analysis, dashboard development, and operations within the real estate or property sector. The ideal candidate will be adept at understanding business requirements, managing large datasets, preparing insightful management reports, identifying trends and discrepancies, and transforming data into actionable business insights. Familiarity with AI tools will be considered an advantage.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly management reports covering various business aspects.
- Analyze financial, commercial, operational, and customer-related data to support business decisions.
- Monitor KPIs, targets, recoveries, billing, outstanding amounts, variances, and performance trends.
- Conduct portfolio-level financial and commercial analysis, including billing, collections, receivables, installments, and other charges related to property management.
- Evaluate recovery performance against billing targets and historical data.
- Identify data discrepancies, gaps, and anomalies, collaborating with relevant teams to resolve issues.
- Perform data validation and reconciliation across systems, reports, and source files.
- Translate business requirements into clear, actionable reports, dashboards, and analytical outputs.
- Present key findings and insights to management in a concise and understandable manner.
- Continuously enhance reporting formats, processes, and analytical methodologies for improved efficiency.

- Demonstrate strong knowledge of property sales, bookings, inventory management, allotments, transfers, possessions, rentals, and customer receivables.
- Understand real estate business processes and their financial and commercial implications.
- Collaborate with Finance and Commercial teams to validate billing, recoveries, receivables, adjustments, and related financial data.
- Provide analytical support for management decisions concerning property and customer portfolios.

- Utilize AI tools such as Claude and VS Code to support reporting, documentation, automation, and workflow improvements.
- Explore AI-assisted techniques to reduce manual reporting efforts and enhance analytical efficiency.
- Leverage AI capabilities for data interpretation, trend identification, and report preparation.

- Work closely with cross-functional teams including Finance, Commercial, Technology, Data/BI, Property Management, Facility Management, and Customer Services.
- Gather and translate stakeholder reporting requirements into practical solutions.
- Coordinate with Technology and Data teams to implement system and reporting enhancements.
- Follow up on data-related issues to ensure timely resolution.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, MIS, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in reporting, MIS, business analysis, commercial analysis, or financial reporting.
- Experience in the real estate or property sector is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong understanding of financial and commercial reporting principles.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good knowledge of business processes and KPI reporting.
- High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities.
