We are looking for a detail-oriented Production Data Analyst with 1 to 3 years of experience to support our manufacturing operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate production data, analyzing production losses, and preparing detailed reports to assist management in decision-making. This role demands strong analytical abilities, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and the capability to collaborate effectively with production teams. The position requires working on-site with a 12-hour weekly rotational shift schedule, alternating between day and night shifts, and offers opportunities for overtime. Preference will be given to candidates residing in Landhi, Korangi, Malir, and Gulshan-e-Hadeed areas.

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain daily production data, including output, downtime, wastage, and efficiency reports.
- Track and analyze production losses by identifying causes of downtime, frequency, and their impact on output and costs.
- Manage raw material consumption records and perform regular reconciliation.
- Develop and update dashboards using Excel and prepare presentations for management review.
- Prepare weekly and monthly production performance reports.
- Ensure data accuracy through close coordination with production teams.
- Identify gaps in existing reporting processes and enhance data tracking systems.
- Support management with data-driven insights to improve operational efficiency.
- Utilize AI tools for enhanced data analysis, recording, and decision-making.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree completed in a relevant field.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, with advanced skills in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of SAP is preferred.
- Excellent analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Effective communication and decision-making skills.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Experience in FMCG, textiles, packaging, or similar manufacturing sectors is advantageous.
- Candidates residing in Landhi, Korangi, Malir, and Gulshan-e-Hadeed will be given preference.
- Competitive salary starting from Rs. 1.00 per month.
- Work schedule includes a 12-hour weekly rotational shift, alternating one week of day shifts with one week of night shifts, including overtime opportunities.
- The position requires physical presence at the work location.
