This role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 1 to 3 years of relevant experience, preferably within a manufacturing environment such as FMCG, textiles, or packaging. The position involves managing and analyzing production data to support operational efficiency and decision-making. The candidate will work closely with production teams to ensure accurate data collection and reporting, while also developing insightful presentations and dashboards to communicate performance metrics to management. The role operates on a 12-hour weekly rotational shift basis, alternating between day and night shifts, with overtime as needed. The work location is on-site.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain daily production data, including output, downtime, wastage, and efficiency reports.
- Track and analyze production losses by identifying causes of downtime, frequency, and their impact on output and cost.
- Manage raw material consumption records and perform reconciliation.
- Develop and update dashboards using Excel, and prepare presentations to effectively communicate data insights.
- Prepare weekly and monthly production performance reports for management review.
- Coordinate with production teams to ensure the accuracy and reliability of data.
- Identify gaps in existing reporting systems and implement improvements for better data tracking.
- Provide data-driven insights to support management in operational improvements.

Required Qualifications

- Minimum of a completed Bachelor’s degree.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in a relevant role, preferably within a manufacturing or production environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with excellent skills in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint being essential.
- Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills and sound decision-making abilities.
- Ability to utilize AI tools to enhance data analysis, recording, and decision-making processes.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits

- Basic to intermediate knowledge of SAP is preferred.
- Experience in FMCG, textiles, packaging, or similar manufacturing sectors will be an advantage.
- Candidates residing in Landhi, Korangi, Malir, or Gulshan-e-Hadeed areas will be given preference.
- The role offers a structured shift system with a weekly rotation between day and night shifts, including overtime opportunities.
- Compensation starts from Rs 1.00 per month.
