Representative I, Relationship Management

Join a global, dynamic Primary Account Management team dedicated to retaining and expanding S&P Global Market Intelligence’s customer base through innovative, technology-driven engagement. This collaborative group leverages automation and data to scale impact and deliver exceptional outcomes in a diverse, tech-savvy environment. You will manage a portfolio focused on renewals, driving product adoption and recurring revenue, while working closely with sales teams to identify growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end renewal process for assigned accounts, ensuring timely completion and maximizing product adoption.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular engagement, understanding client goals, and resolving inquiries to ensure satisfaction.
- Collaborate with Core Account Managers and Sales Specialists to identify and pursue cross-sell, upsell, and new business opportunities.
- Use data and analytics tools to monitor account health, detect churn risks, prioritize outreach, and improve forecast accuracy.
- Provide guidance and support to the team in resolving complex issues and delivering quality work.
- Participate actively in training programs to enhance product knowledge, renewal skills, and customer engagement techniques.
- Work from the office at least two days per week.

Required Qualifications:
- Typically, 3+ years of experience in client-facing roles such as sales, renewals/retention, customer success, or account management.
- Proven ability to manage a high-volume renewal portfolio with strong attention to detail and disciplined execution.
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills, including handling objections and managing escalations effectively.
- Proficiency in using data and analytics to manage account health, prioritize actions, and identify risks and opportunities.
- Willingness to attend at least one in-person interview at a nearby S&P Global office as part of the final interview stage.
