We are seeking a well-presented, courteous, and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling international tour packages, with a particular focus on Europe, while providing exceptional service to clients. This role involves engaging with institutions and businesses, responding to customer inquiries, and building strong relationships with schools, clients, and travel partners. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor, combined with a passion for travel and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit institutions and businesses to introduce and promote international tours and travel packages.
- Respond promptly and accurately to customer inquiries regarding tour packages, itineraries, pricing, bookings, and travel requirements.
- Actively promote and sell Europe tour packages to both individual and group customers.
- Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with schools, clients, and travel partners to foster repeat business and referrals.
- Follow up with prospective clients to convert inquiries into confirmed bookings, ensuring a smooth customer journey from interest to purchase.

Required Qualifications

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
- A well-dressed, presentable, courteous, and professional personality suitable for client-facing roles.
- Strong customer service, interpersonal, and sales skills, with the ability to engage and persuade diverse audiences.
- Ability to present videos or conduct seminars at events or corporate gatherings, demonstrating confidence and clarity.
- A minimum of 2-3 years of experience working in an international tour or travel company is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required.
- Knowledge of international tours, especially European destinations, will be considered an advantage.
