Main Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare Annual Research Agenda of the Organization as per Program priorities and immediate needs.
- Conduct socio-economic impact assessments of the interventions specifically when required
- Design and conduct baseline studies, surveys and other required studies as and when required by the organization in collaboration with program staff.
- Facilitate organizational evaluations including but not limited to the evaluations of projects and programs
- Facilitate execution of Participatory Result Based Management (RBM) System in all functional of the organization as per SOPs.
- Designing of the performance indicators and monitoring tools to assess the performance of various projects/programs/activities carried out by the organization.
- Ensure use and updating of RDF MIS System with regard to M&E, Research, Communication and Database of RDF Projects.
