Main Job Responsibilities: 

  • Prepare Annual Research Agenda of the Organization as per Program priorities and immediate needs.
  • Conduct socio-economic impact assessments of the interventions specifically when required
  • Design and conduct baseline studies, surveys and other required studies as and when required by the organization in collaboration with program staff. 
  • Facilitate organizational evaluations including but not limited to the evaluations of projects and programs
  • Facilitate execution of Participatory Result Based Management (RBM) System in all functional of the organization as per SOPs.
  • Designing of the performance indicators and monitoring tools to assess the performance of various projects/programs/activities carried out by the organization.
  • Ensure use and updating of RDF MIS System with regard to M&E, Research, Communication and Database of RDF Projects.
