Responsibilities The following tasks and responsibilities are expected from the BDA
Business Development
- Assist Business Development lead(s) in collaboration with managers (Senior Management Team) to develop a comprehensive business development strategy including approaches and metrics that will ensure growth and diversification. This will include marketing initiatives, client outreach, partnership development and goal reporting.
- Assist Business Development lead(s) to execute business plans to move ideas from exploration, to demonstration, to growth.
- Analyze solicitation documents, including Requests for Proposal (RFPs), Requests for Quotations (RFQs), and Terms of Reference (Tor’s), to understand Client requirements and determining proposal concept by identifying and clarifying opportunities and needs;
- Coordinate with internal team members to gather inputs and develop proposal content;
Proposal Development
- Write clear, concise, and persuasive proposal narratives that effectively communicate the project's technical approach, management plans, and past performance, including technical sections, management and staffing sections, expert profiles, and executive summaries;
- Lead storyboard sessions with bid / proposal team members;
- Manage proposal development timelines, resources, and tasks, ensuring timely submission of high-quality proposals;
- Work on all aspects of the proposal process once initial inception has been determined and search through to submission for all prospective investments. This includes leading all writing, including overall proposal structure, context, and background sections of the proposal.
- Ensure completeness and timeliness of proposal submissions.
- Continually seek out and identify potential bid opportunities while adhering to RADS policies and ensuring compliance with program protocols.
- Work with the RADS program team to develop comprehensive proposals and budgets which comply with current practices and standards
- Review and edit sections drafted by other contributors;
- Facilitate proposal review and feedback processes, incorporating revisions and feedback from senior management and team leader;
- Contribute to the development and improvement of proposal development tools, templates, and processes.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of RADS services and capabilities, and past performance to effectively communicate the company's value proposition in proposals
Requirements:
Education:
- Master’s degree from a reputable university, MA, MBA, or in any related field.
Experience:
Work experience about 2-3 years in similar field
Skills
- Excellent communication skills – fluent in English & spoken Urdu
- Self-starter, analytical thinker, and entrepreneurial spirit
- Comfortable working in target-driven environment
- Desire to work in a fast-paced, challenging environment
- A highly self-driven sense of motivation
