Reporting to:               Senior M& E Implementation

Research and Development Solutions (RADS) is a Pakistan-based M&E, Research and Technical Assistance/Consultancy organization. Our team expertise includes public health specialists, social scientists, Infectious Disease and MNCH-FP researchers, epidemiologists, statisticians, economists, advocacy and policy experts, and survey management. Since 2010, RADS has worked in 120+ districts of Pakistan with national and international donors, governments, and civil society partners.

RADS provides quality primary and secondary research, 360-degree survey and data management, scientifically standardized analysis, third-party monitoring, and impact evaluation services along with short-term technical assistance and consultancy

Responsibilities:

1.      Conduct face-to-face interviews or surveys with respondents in assigned geographic areas.

2.      Explain the purpose of the survey or research project to respondents and ensure their understanding and cooperation.

3.      Collect accurate and complete data according to established protocols and guidelines.

4.      Use electronic devices or paper forms to record responses and data collected during interviews.

5.      Follow specific instructions provided by project supervisors or managers regarding survey administration and data collection procedures.

6.      Maintain confidentiality and respect respondents' privacy throughout the data collection process.

7.      Address any questions or concerns raised by respondents and provide clarification as needed.

8.      Keep accurate records of completed interviews, including tracking progress and documenting any issues encountered.

9.      Collaborate with team members and supervisors to troubleshoot problems and ensure data quality.

10.   Adhere to project timelines and deadlines for completing assigned tasks.

11.   Participate in training sessions and meetings to enhance skills and knowledge related to data collection methods and procedures.

12.   Perform other duties as assigned by project coordinators or managers.

Requirements:

1. Bachelors in public health, social sciences or equivalent required
2. Previous experience as an enumerator or in a similar role preferred but not required.
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse populations.
4. Excellent active listening skills and the ability to follow instructions accurately.
5. Comfortable with using electronic devices or technology for data collection purposes.
6. Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy in recording and documenting information.
7. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
8. Flexibility to work non-standard hours, including evenings and weekends, as required by project schedules.
9. Reliable transportation to travel to assigned locations within the designated geographic area.
