Research & Development Executive (R & D)

Tabish Corporation, based in Lahore, Pakistan, is looking for a detail-oriented and research-driven R&D Executive to join its Research & Development department. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the development, evaluation, and enhancement of car care products and automotive spare parts. This position involves conducting thorough product research, analyzing market trends, assessing product performance, and contributing to new product development and quality improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct research on car care products, automotive spare parts, industry trends, and competitor offerings.
- Support the development, testing, and improvement of car care formulations and automotive products.
- Evaluate product specifications, raw materials, and technical data to identify suitable solutions.
- Perform product performance testing and prepare detailed technical reports and research documentation.
- Identify opportunities for product innovation, cost optimization, and quality enhancement.
- Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments regarding product specifications, samples, and technical requirements.
- Analyze customer feedback and market demands to recommend product improvements.
- Maintain comprehensive records of product trials, test results, technical specifications, and development activities.
- Assist in evaluating new products and suppliers prior to commercial launch.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field.
- Strong analytical, research, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and technical report writing.
- Ability to conduct market research and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Experience in research and development, product development, quality assurance, or the automotive industry is preferred.
- Knowledge of car care chemicals, automotive components, lubricants, or related products is an advantage.
- Competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs80,000 to Rs140,000.
- Work location is in person at the company’s Lahore office.
