The Research Analyst role at NielsenIQ offers a unique blend of data analysis and client consultation. Key Responsibilities
- Design and plan research projects based on client briefs and requirements.
- Develop questionnaires and methodologies for data collection.
- Coordinate project execution, update clients on progress, and provide clear instructions to internal teams for data collection and processing.
- Meet revenue targets on key accounts to contribute to overall team goals.
- Collaborate with other research executives and trainees throughout project stages.
- Support coaching and training initiatives for trainees and junior executives.
- Analyze and interpret research results, delivering feedback, reports, and actionable recommendations to clients.
- Present study findings to clients effectively.
- Facilitate smooth client data collection and communicate contract or job changes promptly to the Finance Department for accurate invoicing.
- Drive innovation by improving processes, tools, or methodologies.
Required Qualifications
- University degree in Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
- At least six months of experience in market research is preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
- Excellent organizational abilities.
- Proficient presentation skills.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills in English; knowledge of local languages is desirable.
- Computer literacy with familiarity in customer research methods, analysis, and techniques.
- Good understanding of relevant market characteristics.
- Awareness of client needs and expectations.
