Research Executive

We are seeking a motivated and dedicated Research Executive to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates with a background in Biotech, Pharm-D, or Life Sciences who are eager to develop their skills in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology sectors. The position offers a morning shift schedule from 11 am to 6 pm, with a competitive salary package of PKR 50,000 plus uncapped commission. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough research on the latest global trends in clinical trials and drug discovery.
- Identify and connect with C-level executives, including delegates and speakers, from leading pharmaceutical and biotech companies for international conferences.
- Maintain professional communication through email and LinkedIn to foster strong electronic correspondence.
- Develop and implement client engagement and retention strategies to build lasting relationships.
- Achieve monthly targets related to research output and client acquisition.

Required Qualifications
- Academic background in Biotech, Pharm-D, or Life Sciences.
- Strong proficiency in English communication, both written and spoken.
- Demonstrated dedication, creativity, flexibility, and a goal-oriented mindset.
