This role involves supporting the Senior Project Coordinator in managing and implementing study-related activities across multiple trial districts. The position requires close collaboration with various departments and field teams to ensure smooth execution of project operations, adherence to timelines, and compliance with study protocols. The candidate will play a key role in coordinating logistics, monitoring field activities, facilitating stakeholder communication, and contributing to research documentation and dissemination efforts.
Key Responsibilities
Project Coordination & Operational Support: Assist the Senior Project Coordinator in daily project implementation tasks. Maintain continuous communication with the ACF department and field teams to ensure seamless study operations. Coordinate monthly with the Monitoring & Planning (M&P) team to manage camp-related activities across trial districts. Support adherence to project timelines and operational plans.
Field Monitoring & Implementation Compliance: Monitor field activities to verify compliance with study guidelines, protocols, and procedures. Support routine monitoring efforts by providing timely updates on progress and challenges. Identify and escalate field-level issues for prompt resolution, ensuring quality standards are maintained at all implementation sites.
Stakeholder Coordination & Administrative Liaison: Organize and facilitate coordination meetings, workshops, and consultations involving CGPH and other stakeholders. Collaborate with the Admin department to arrange training sessions and meetings. Maintain effective communication channels between internal departments and external partners, assisting the Senior Project Coordinator in stakeholder follow-ups.
Logistics & Material Management: Oversee the management and timely distribution of project materials in coordination with the Senior Project Coordinator and Sub-Recipients (SRs). Support logistics planning for field activities including camps, trainings, and workshops to ensure operational readiness across all trial districts.
Research Documentation, Data Support & Manuscript Preparation: Contribute to drafting research papers, technical reports, and manuscripts related to project implementation. Document field experiences, operational challenges, and lessons learned. Assist in preparing study updates, progress reports, and dissemination materials to support knowledge sharing.
Communications & Knowledge Dissemination: Collaborate with the Communications department to develop and manage social media content and other communication materials. Support the dissemination of project updates, milestones, and knowledge products through approved channels. Ensure accurate and timely documentation of project achievements and field developments.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in project coordination or operational support within research or field-based projects.
- Strong organizational and communication skills to effectively liaise with multiple departments and stakeholders.
- Ability to monitor and ensure compliance with study protocols and operational procedures.
- Experience in logistics coordination and material management.
- Competency in research documentation, report writing, and data support.
- Proficiency in managing communications and dissemination activities.
