Research & Support Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented Research & Support Analyst with experience in invoice processing, billing, data handling, or freight forwarding. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reviewing carrier invoices, extracting shipment information, and ensuring accurate transaction processing. This role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to manage data efficiently, and adherence to client-specific procedures.

Key Responsibilities
- Review and accurately process carrier invoices.
- Maintain precise records while applying client-specific notations and procedures.
- Perform data entry, invoice verification, and manage related documentation.
- Stay informed about client processes and operational requirements to ensure compliance.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent graduate qualification.
- 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in billing, invoice processing, data handling, or freight forwarding.
- Proven hands-on experience with invoice reading and data extraction.
- Good English communication and comprehension skills.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical abilities.
- Typing speed of 35-40+ words per minute.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, especially with filters, tables, and data management functions.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to changing processes.
- Effective problem-solving skills and ability to work well within a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Compensation is PKR 90,000 per month during the on-the-job training period.
- Initial contract duration is 6 months.
- Working hours are from 6:30 AM to 3:30 PM Pakistan Standard Time, Monday through Friday (5 working days).
- The position is based at NASTP, Cantt, Lahore.
