Research & Support Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented Research & Support Analyst with experience in invoice processing, billing, data handling, or freight forwarding. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reviewing carrier invoices, extracting shipment information, and ensuring accurate transaction processing. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to adapt quickly to client-specific procedures and operational requirements.

Key Responsibilities
- Review and process carrier invoices with a high degree of accuracy.
- Maintain precise records while applying client-specific notations and procedures.
- Perform data entry, invoice verification, and manage related documentation.
- Stay informed about client processes and operational changes to ensure compliance.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent graduate qualification.
- 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in billing, invoice processing, data handling, or freight forwarding.
- Practical experience in reading invoices and extracting shipment data.
- Proficient English communication and comprehension skills.
- Typing speed of 35-40+ words per minute.
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel, including the use of filters, tables, and data management tools.
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Effective organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to evolving processes.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- On-the-job training provided to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Competitive monthly compensation of PKR 90,000 during the training period.
- Initial contract duration of six months with a potential for extension based on performance.
- Work schedule consists of a day shift from 6:30 AM to 3:30 PM Pakistan Standard Time.
- Five working days per week.
- Position located at NASTP, Cantt, Lahore.
