A leading media group based in Lahore is seeking a full-time, on-site Researcher with a strong academic background and excellent analytical skills. The ideal candidate will have attempted the CSS (Central Superior Services) examination and possess a deep understanding of current affairs, Pakistan affairs, international relations, politics, history, and general knowledge. This role demands someone with a strong command of English writing and communication, capable of conducting thorough research from credible sources and presenting complex information clearly and accurately.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth research on assigned topics, including personalities, current affairs, political, and social issues.
- Prepare detailed research briefs, backgrounders, and reports to support content creation.
- Verify facts and information using reliable and credible sources to ensure accuracy.
- Provide research material and insights for TV, digital, and podcast content development.
- Monitor daily developments to identify important stories and relevant topics.
- Collaborate with writers, producers, and editorial teams by delivering accurate and timely information.
- Manage multiple assignments efficiently while working under tight deadlines.

Required Qualifications:
- Must have attempted the CSS examination.
- Strong research and analytical skills with the ability to gather and fact-check information meticulously.
- Excellent knowledge of current affairs, Pakistan affairs, international relations, politics, history, and general knowledge.
- Proficient in English writing and communication, with the ability to present information in a clear and structured manner.
