We are seeking motivated fresh graduates eager to start a long-term career in the travel industry. This paid internship offers hands-on experience as a Reservation Officer Intern, where you will gain practical knowledge in managing hotel reservations, visa bookings, and transportation arrangements. You will work closely with the management and sales teams to ensure smooth processing of customer bookings. The position is based in Airline Society, Lahore, and requires availability for a night shift from 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM, Monday through Saturday.

Key Responsibilities:
- Process visa bookings and handle related documentation requirements.
- Manage hotel reservations and coordinate accommodation arrangements.
- Arrange transportation services for customers as needed.
- Collaborate with the sales department to gather and verify customer details.
- Work alongside management to ensure efficient booking processes.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer and booking records.
- Follow up on pending reservations and travel arrangements to ensure completion.

Required Qualifications:
- Fresh graduates with a strong interest in building a career in the travel industry.
- Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Good coordination and organizational abilities.
- Basic computer proficiency, including familiarity with MS Excel.
- Willingness to learn, adapt, and work effectively within a team environment.
- Ability to reliably commute to the Lahore location and work the designated night shift.

- This is a paid internship offering a monthly stipend ranging from Rs40,000 to Rs55,000.
