Resident Medical Officer (Paeds - Morning)

We are seeking a Resident Medical Officer to join the Pediatrics department for the morning shift at our facility located in Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Block 13C. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working in Pediatric Intensive Care Units (PICU), Neonatal Intensive Care Units (NICU), and general Pediatrics. This role requires proficiency in intubation and ventilator management to provide critical care support. The position is on-site, with working hours from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide medical care and monitoring to pediatric patients in the PICU, NICU, and general Pediatrics wards.
- Perform intubation procedures and operate ventilators as required for patient care.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement treatment plans.
- Maintain accurate and timely medical records and reports.
- Respond promptly to emergencies and critical situations within the department.
- Ensure compliance with hospital protocols and standards of care.

Required Qualifications
- MBBS degree from a recognized institution.
- Valid PMDC (Pakistan Medical and Dental Council) registration.
- 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in PICU, NICU, and Pediatrics departments.
- Demonstrated skills in intubation and ventilator operation.
