Residential Computer Hardware and Network Technician.

We are seeking a Residential Computer Hardware and Network Technician to join our team on a part-time basis in Karachi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing basic computer hardware and network support, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting at residential locations. This role requires a hands-on approach with a focus on customer service and technical problem-solving during evening hours.

Key Responsibilities:
- Install and configure Windows 10 and other operating systems, including necessary drivers.
- Create and repair network cable connectors.
- Perform basic configuration of internet routers.
- Provide on-site technical support to residential clients.
- Maintain effective communication with clients and report issues as needed.

Required Qualifications:
- Intermediate education or equivalent diploma.
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware and networking.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively during assigned hours.
- Must own a motorbike for travel to client locations.
- Must have a dual SIM smartphone to facilitate communication.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- IT course certification is preferred but not mandatory.
- Freshers or candidates with up to one year of relevant experience at a basic level are encouraged to apply.
- Working hours are from 4:00 pm to 11:30 pm, Monday through Sunday.
- Salary is Rs. 20,000 per month plus fuel allowances.
- The position is part-time and requires in-person attendance at client sites within Karachi.
- There is a 15-day trial period without pay, after which employment will be confirmed based on performance.
