Job Duties
- Delivering key KPIs: generating sales, margin, frequency etcetera for portfolio shops
- Accountable for a Portfolio business plan which focuses clearly on planning, and execution of targeting new and existing customers
- Identifying the business potential of the prospective customer and developing a professional relationship through personal visits
- Following up on new customer activity in order to establish customer needs and to respond to any feedback/criticism/potential
- Prioritization of field visits of franchisees and, where possible, optimization of route planning
- Support New shops in Maintenance of floor standards and stock levels
- Guide Shop team on how to greet and provide the required product information in terms of specification, availability, price and location to the customers
- Qualifications: Min Bachelors
- Experience: 3-5 years in FMCG Sales, Retail Chain Operations
- Salary bracket: 45K to 55K
- Industry of Client Company: Retail Chain/Modern Trade
