Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers via chat to provide support and assistance.
- Resolve inquiries promptly and professionally to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Utilize chat interactions to identify sales opportunities and drive revenue
- .Meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining a positive customer experience.
Requirements:
- Excellent written communication skills.
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Previous experience in customer support and/or sales preferred.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and sales techniques is advantageous.
- The requirement is to have good spoken and written English.
- Can work in Evenings and night.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Rs50,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
