An ideal candidate will be responsible to:

  • Coordinate with HR Coordinators to collect field force data
  • Follow up with insurance company on claim reimbursements
  • Follow up with bank on opening of salary accounts (in bulk)
  • File employees' documents both in hard and soft copy
  • Make dashboards by analyzing field force data
  • Share dashbaord & reports with the client on monthly basis
  • Keep a strong eye on day to day tasks
