An ideal candidate will be responsible to:
- Coordinate with HR Coordinators to collect field force data
- Follow up with insurance company on claim reimbursements
- Follow up with bank on opening of salary accounts (in bulk)
- File employees' documents both in hard and soft copy
- Make dashboards by analyzing field force data
- Share dashbaord & reports with the client on monthly basis
- Keep a strong eye on day to day tasks
