Resource Linked is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Representative to join our retail team. As a Retail Sales Representative, you play a critical role in building strong customer relationships to foster repeat business and brand loyalty. The position requires at least two years of retail experience, familiarity with retail technology, and a proactive, customer-oriented mindset. Daily tasks include assisting with inventory management, skillful use of point-of-sale systems, and maintaining appealing product displays, all within a dynamic and fast-paced retail environment.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers, assessing their needs and providing accurate product information to facilitate informed purchase decisions.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of all store products and services to effectively communicate features, benefits, and usage.

- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Operate retail point-of-sale (POS) systems efficiently, processing purchases, returns, and exchanges accurately and promptly.
- Assist with inventory management by restocking shelves, organizing product displays, and reporting low stock to management to ensure product availability.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment to enhance the shopping experience and support sales objectives.
- Collaborate with team members and store leadership to implement sales strategies, promotions, and store policies efficiently.
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitor products, and customer preferences to provide relevant advice, suggestions, and solutions.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures consistently while upholding a high standard of ethics and confidentiality.
- Adapt to changing priorities and maintain professionalism and enthusiasm in a fast-paced retail environment.
