Resource Linked is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Representative to join our dynamic retail team. You assist with inventory management, efficiently use point-of-sale systems, and help maintain attractive product displays that appeal to customers. The ideal candidate thrives on providing tailored solutions, handles customer inquiries professionally, and stays informed about industry trends and competitors products. This role requires at least two years of retail experience, proficiency with retail technology, and a proactive mindset to contribute effectively to the stores overall performance.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers by assessing their needs and providing accurate, detailed product information.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of all products and services offered by the store to effectively communicate features and benefits.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and enhance brand loyalty.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets by actively promoting products and strategically upselling when appropriate.
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Operate retail point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately and efficiently to process purchases, returns, and exchanges.
- Assist with inventory management tasks, including restocking shelves, organizing displays, and reporting low stock to management promptly.
- Ensure the store environment is clean, organized, and visually appealing to create an inviting atmosphere for customers.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and store leadership to implement sales strategies, promotions, and marketing campaigns.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and changing customer preferences to provide relevant and valuable advice.
- Adhere strictly to company policies and procedures while maintaining high standards of ethics, confidentiality, and professionalism.
- Adapt to shifting priorities and maintain enthusiasm and composure in a fast-paced retail environment.
