As a Social Media and Customer Engagement Executive, you will be responsible for managing our online presence, engaging with our audience on various social media platforms, and generating leads through effective communication and customer service.

  • Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy to increase brand awareness and engagement.
  • Create and curate engaging content for various social media platforms, ensuring consistency with the brand voice and messaging.
  • Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions across social media channels in a timely and professional manner.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate relevant strategies to enhance social media performance.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Collaborate with other teams to escalate and resolve complex customer concerns.
  • Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of products/services to effectively assist customers and provide accurate information.
  • Implement feedback from customers to contribute to the continuous improvement of products and services.
  • Develop and execute lead generation strategies through social media channels, email campaigns, and other online platforms.
  • Identify and engage potential customers through targeted outreach and communication.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to transfer qualified leads and contribute to the overall sales pipeline.
  • Analyze lead generation metrics and adjust strategies to optimize performance.
