Skill Development Council Karachi (SDC Karachi), in collaboration with Skill Development Foundation (SDF), is seeking a motivated and purpose-driven professional to join as Manager – Resource Mobilization & Corporate Partnerships. This role is ideal for someone passionate about building strategic relationships with corporations, CSR/ESG departments, foundations, donor organizations, development institutions, and philanthropic networks. The successful candidate will play a key role in mobilizing resources to support initiatives focused on vocational and digital skills development, youth and women empowerment, employment and livelihood opportunities, inclusion of persons with disabilities, human rights, social welfare, financial and social inclusion, and access to essential services.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage partnerships with corporate and institutional stakeholders.
- Identify funding opportunities through CSR, ESG, grants, and philanthropic channels.
- Build and maintain a robust fundraising and resource mobilization pipeline.
- Prepare concept notes, CSR proposals, grant applications, and partnership documents.
- Organize and lead meetings and presentations with corporate partners.
- Mobilize both financial and in-kind resources to support SDF’s programs.
- Establish strategic partnerships aligned with skills development, PWD inclusion, social welfare, human rights, and community initiatives.
- Maintain ongoing relationships with donors and explore opportunities for renewal and increased support.
- Coordinate closely with SDF’s Program, Finance, Marketing, and Management teams to ensure alignment and effective execution.
- Monitor and report on fundraising performance, funding commitments, and resources secured.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Development Studies, Social Sciences, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
- MBA or Master’s degree is considered an advantage.
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in fundraising, resource mobilization, corporate relations, business development, CSR/ESG, NGO or development sector, grant management, institutional partnerships, and donor relations.

- Strong corporate networking and relationship-building capabilities.
- Proven expertise in fundraising and resource mobilization.
- Excellent proposal and grant writing skills.
- Business development acumen with effective presentation and negotiation abilities.
- Skilled in stakeholder management and research for prospect identification.
- Ability to manage pipelines and follow up on opportunities efficiently.
- Solid understanding of CSR and ESG frameworks.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Having an established network within corporate, donor, CSR/ESG, or philanthropic circles will be a significant advantage.
