Resource Reactor is looking for an experienced UX/UI Specialist who have strong interests and capabilities in designing. The ideal candidate will thrive in a work environment that requires strong problem solving skills coupled with an aptitude for team collaboration and open communication.
- Should have sound knowledge & experience of B2B IT Company, Branding, Art Direction, Digital Art Direction, Product Design, User Interface Design, User Experience Design and Wire Framing.
- Conceive and implement concepts, guidelines and strategies in various creative projects and oversee them to completion including collateral for events, product development and digital campaigns.
- Lead brainstorming/creative sessions to generate ideas
- Working closely with other areas of the organization to execute creative campaigns.
- Pitching ideas for creative campaigns to stakeholders and selling concepts for creative.
- Working on exciting creative campaigns for re-branding and launching projects.
- Ensuring all creative work fits the brief given and achieves the target goals.
- Putting together concepts for creative work that fulfill the organizations objectives.
- Creating multi-channel campaigns that span all forms of media online and offline.
- Art direction for advertising campaigns across a variety of mediums.
- Project managing campaigns to ensure delivery to deadlines.
- Delivering creative content of the highest quality.
