Patient Support & Delivery Executive | Lahore

Respiratory Zone is seeking a dedicated and responsible Patient Support & Delivery Executive to join our team in Lahore. This role requires a professional who excels at managing patient relationships and coordinating deliveries efficiently while maintaining a compassionate and patient-centered approach. The ideal candidate possesses strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact comfortably with patients and their families. You will be responsible for ensuring timely and safe delivery of respiratory care products, including CPAP, BiPAP, and oxygen equipment, and providing essential support throughout the patient journey. The candidate should hold a minimum of an intermediate or bachelors degree, with a preference for healthcare or biomedical education, though fresh candidates with a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply. This position involves traveling extensively within Lahore for patient deliveries and home visits, so having a valid motorcycle or bike riding license is mandatory. You will maintain accurate patient records using electronic health record systems and adhere strictly to company policies regarding patient confidentiality. While no technical repair or engineering skills are required, a basic understanding of smartphone apps and computer use is necessary to manage communication and logistics tasks effectively.
Responsibilities

Coordinate timely delivery of respiratory care products including CPAP, BiPAP, and oxygen equipment to patients across Lahore, ensuring customer satisfaction and product safety.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the company's product offerings and features to provide accurate information and support to patients and their families.
Manage patient interactions professionally, responding to inquiries, addressing concerns, and facilitating smooth communication between patients and the company.
Assist in maintaining and updating electronic health records (EHR), ensuring all patient information is recorded accurately and confidentially.
Schedule and conduct home visits to support patients in using respiratory-care equipment, ensuring patient comfort and proper device use.
Operate company communication tools such as smartphones, WhatsApp, and computers to coordinate delivery logistics and maintain effective communication channels.
Follow all company policies and procedures regarding patient privacy, delivery protocols, and safety regulations.
Demonstrate punctuality, professionalism, and responsibility in all interactions and tasks, maintaining a positive image of the company.
Travel across designated areas in Lahore efficiently while managing travel schedules and delivery routes.
Identify potential challenges or issues during delivery or patient interactions and take proactive measures to resolve problems promptly.
Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure seamless coordination for patient support and delivery needs.
Continuously seek to learn about respiratory-care equipment and related healthcare practices to enhance patient support services.
