We are seeking a meticulous Restaurant Accounts Officer to oversee the daily financial transactions of our restaurant operations. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate bookkeeping, timely reconciliation of cash and sales, and prompt financial reporting. This role requires close attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining the integrity of financial records.

Key Responsibilities
- Accurately record daily sales, purchases, expenses, receipts, and payments in the accounting system.
- Reconcile cash, card, and online sales with POS reports, bank receipts, and cash handovers to ensure consistency.
- Verify invoices, payment vouchers, and expense claims by cross-checking supporting documents and approvals.
- Maintain proper documentation and ensure compliance with internal controls and relevant tax regulations.
- Support management by assisting in the preparation of financial reports.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting & Finance.
- 2 to 3 years of experience in an accounts role, preferably within the restaurant or hospitality industry.
- Proficient in accounting software, POS reconciliation, and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong attention to detail, high integrity, and effective communication skills.

Compensation and Work Location
The position offers a monthly salary ranging from Rs40,000 to Rs50,000. This is an in-person role based at the restaurant location.
