Restaurant Floor Manager

Key Responsibilities

Staff Supervision: Assign daily tasks to team members, monitor productivity levels, conduct training sessions, and enforce workplace discipline to maintain a smooth and efficient operation.

Operations Oversight: Regularly inspect work areas to ensure cleanliness and safety standards are met. Manage workflow effectively, especially during peak hours, to optimize service delivery.

Customer Service: Welcome guests warmly, address and resolve complaints promptly, and maintain a friendly and inviting atmosphere to enhance customer satisfaction.

Inventory & Supplies: Monitor stock levels consistently, manage replenishment orders, and coordinate product displays to ensure availability and presentation standards.

Administrative Duties: Develop staff schedules, manage payroll inputs accurately, and prepare performance and operational reports for upper management review.

Required Qualifications

- Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial role within the hospitality or food service industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with staff and customers.
- Ability to multitask and manage operations efficiently during busy periods.
- Basic knowledge of inventory management and administrative processes.
