We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead and oversee daily operations at our location in Dolmen Mall, Clifton. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in restaurant management with proven leadership skills and financial expertise. This role requires a hands-on leader who can motivate the team, ensure excellent customer service, and maintain operational efficiency. Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays is essential.

Key Responsibilities

- Operational Leadership: Manage both front-of-house (FOH) and back-of-house (BOH) operations to ensure seamless service delivery and high standards of quality.

- Financial Performance: Oversee profit and loss (P&L) statements, create budgets, control labor costs, and manage inventory of food and supplies to maximize profitability.

- Staff Management: Lead recruitment, interviewing, training, mentoring, and scheduling of staff to build a motivated and compliant team.

- Customer Experience: Address and resolve customer complaints promptly while maintaining exceptional service standards to ensure customer satisfaction.

- Compliance & Safety: Enforce all health, safety, and sanitation regulations throughout the facility to maintain a safe environment.

- Marketing & Growth: Collaborate on promotional activities and marketing initiatives aimed at driving sales and expanding customer base.

Required Qualifications

- Proven restaurant management experience, typically a minimum of one year in a senior role.

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, develop, and guide a team effectively.

- Solid understanding of restaurant accounting, cost control measures, and proficiency with POS systems.

- Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills for effective team leadership and customer interaction.

- Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits

- A Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not mandatory.

- Compensation includes a monthly salary of Rs90,000 along with additional benefits such as meal allowance, monthly transportation allowance, company-provided bike with fuel, and free meals.

Candidates should be comfortable preparing P&L statements and working at the specified location in Dolmen Mall, Clifton. Familiarity with the salary range and benefits package is important to ensure alignment with expectations.
