Restaurant Manager

BIG, located in Lahore, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our fast-paced restaurant. This role requires a proactive individual who is not only capable of supervising but also takes full ownership of the restaurant’s performance. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, able to identify and resolve issues efficiently, lead and motivate the team, and ensure smooth and consistent service every day.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of daily restaurant operations to maintain high standards of service and quality.
- Lead, train, and supervise restaurant staff to ensure excellent customer service and operational efficiency.
- Identify operational challenges and implement effective solutions promptly.
- Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and manage cost controls to optimize profitability.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
- Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints to maintain a positive dining experience.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Prepare reports on sales, expenses, and employee performance for senior management.
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and professional growth.

Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role within a fast-paced food service environment.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a hands-on approach to managing operations.
- Sound knowledge of restaurant financials, including budgeting, cost control, and inventory management.
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations applicable to food service establishments.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
