Restaurant Manager

Four Points by Sheraton Peoria is looking for a skilled and committed Restaurant Manager to lead the daily operations of its restaurant located within the hotel. This full-time, onsite role is based at the Lahore head office in Johar Town. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering outstanding guest experiences, maintaining high operational standards, and managing the restaurant team in accordance with brand and hospitality guidelines. This position requires hands-on leadership to ensure smooth service across breakfast, dining, and bar areas, while fostering a positive and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee daily restaurant operations, including breakfast, dining, and bar services as applicable.
- Supervise, train, and schedule restaurant staff to maintain optimal service quality.
- Ensure consistent standards of food quality, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction are met.
- Monitor inventory levels, manage supplies, and coordinate with vendors effectively.
- Address guest feedback and resolve concerns professionally to uphold service excellence.
- Enforce compliance with hotel policies, health regulations, and safety protocols.
- Collaborate closely with hotel management and kitchen teams to enhance service delivery and drive revenue growth.

Required Qualifications

- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar leadership role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership capabilities with excellent communication and team management skills.
- Customer-focused approach with keen attention to detail.
- Solid knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and service standards.
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Ability and willingness to work onsite at the hotel location.

Compensation and Work Location

The position offers a competitive salary range of Rs120,000 to Rs180,000 per month, with final compensation details to be discussed during the interview process. This is a full-time, onsite role based in Johar Town, Lahore.
