Qasr Al Mandi is looking for a motivated and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to lead the daily operations of our restaurant located in Islamabad/Rawalpindi. The ideal candidate will be energetic, detail-oriented, and skilled in managing both staff and operational processes to deliver a smooth and enjoyable dining experience. This full-time role demands strong leadership, a hands-on approach, and a commitment to maintaining high standards in service, food quality, and overall restaurant performance.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and quality.
- Lead and supervise restaurant staff, fostering teamwork and productivity.
- Coordinate between kitchen and floor teams to maintain seamless service flow.
- Deliver excellent customer service and professionally address any customer complaints.
- Monitor food quality, hygiene, and cleanliness standards throughout the restaurant.
- Manage inventory, control stock levels, and work to minimize waste.
- Handle POS systems, ensure billing accuracy, and oversee cash management procedures.
- Prepare staff schedules and manage shift rotations to meet operational demands.
- Track daily sales figures and evaluate overall operational performance.
- Enforce adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and maintain discipline within the team.

Required Qualifications
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in food and beverage or restaurant management.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team effectively.
- Strong communication and problem-solving capabilities.
- Proficiency in POS systems, inventory management, and cash handling.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Experience in Mandi, Arabic, or Desi restaurant environments is an advantage.
