Restaurant Shift Manager

We are currently seeking a motivated and organized Shift Manager to oversee daily operations at our Nishat Commercial location. This hands-on leadership role requires managing shift execution, maintaining high standards of quality and service, and guiding a team to consistently deliver outstanding guest experiences. The ideal candidate is comfortable in fast-paced environments and eager to advance into higher leadership roles as the company grows.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise team members during assigned shifts to ensure smooth and efficient operations
- Deliver excellent customer service and address guest concerns promptly and professionally
- Oversee food preparation, ensuring quality control and proper presentation standards are met
- Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and safety compliance throughout the shift
- Manage shift schedules, breaks, and monitor team productivity effectively
- Handle cash management, operate POS systems, and complete accurate end-of-shift reporting
- Train and onboard new employees to uphold consistent service quality
- Assist with inventory management and stock control processes
- Support the implementation of company policies and procedures
- Drive sales by promoting upselling, special offers, and efficient service delivery

Required Qualifications:
- Prior experience in a fast food or quick-service restaurant environment, with leadership experience preferred
- Strong communication skills and the ability to lead and motivate a team
- Ability to perform well under pressure in a fast-paced setting
- Problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic math and computer proficiency
