Key Responsibilities

- Oversee daily retail operations to ensure efficient and effective store performance.
- Manage supplier relationships, including negotiation, selection, and ongoing communication to maintain strong partnerships.
- Coordinate purchasing activities to meet inventory needs while optimizing costs and maintaining quality standards.
- Monitor and control inventory levels to prevent stockouts or overstock situations, ensuring accurate record-keeping.
- Collaborate with farm coordinators to align supply chain activities and maintain product availability.
- Supervise food and grocery operations, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Plan and execute procurement strategies that support business goals and operational efficiency.
- Travel as required to meet with suppliers, visit farms, or oversee retail locations.

Required Qualifications

- Minimum of five years of experience in retail management, procurement, or a related field.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in business, supply chain management, or a related discipline.
- Proven expertise in supplier management, purchasing, and inventory control.
- Strong organizational and communication skills to effectively manage multiple responsibilities.
- Ability to work morning shifts and travel as needed for business purposes.
