Retail Branch Manager

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Retail Branch Manager to lead the daily operations of our sweets and bakery outlet. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving branch performance by ensuring excellent customer service, achieving sales targets, maintaining product quality and hygiene standards, and fostering a disciplined and motivated team environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage all aspects of branch operations, including sales, production coordination, and customer service.
- Achieve monthly sales goals and maintain the profitability of the branch.
- Supervise, train, and motivate branch staff, including sales personnel, cashiers, and support teams.
- Ensure that product quality, freshness, and presentation consistently meet company standards.
- Oversee inventory control, stock ordering, and implement measures to reduce wastage.
- Address customer complaints promptly to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Enforce company policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and hygiene regulations rigorously.
- Prepare daily and weekly sales and performance reports for management review.
- Coordinate with production and supply chain teams to ensure smooth product availability.
- Ensure accurate cash handling, billing processes, and maintain financial discipline within the branch.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
- 3 to 5 years of retail management experience, preferably within the sweets, bakery, or food industry.
- Strong leadership abilities with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Solid understanding of sales strategies, customer service principles, and inventory management.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure while managing and motivating a team.
- Proficiency with POS systems and basic reporting tools, with Excel skills preferred.
