Gainxpert is seeking a motivated individual to join their team as a Retail Customer Handling & Product Video Creator based at Dany Craft, 8th Floor, Saddar, Karachi. This role involves direct interaction with customers both in-store and online, focusing on gym supplements. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, assisting with sales, and creating engaging product videos to support the company’s e-commerce and social media presence. This position offers a starting salary of Rs30,000 per month and requires on-site work.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist walk-in customers by providing detailed information and recommendations on gym supplements.
- Manage and respond to online customer inquiries and orders through WhatsApp and various social media platforms.
- Produce creative and promotional product videos tailored for social media marketing.
- Support daily retail operations, including sales and inventory management.
- Maintain a high level of customer service to enhance the overall shopping experience.

Required Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills to effectively engage with customers in person and online.
- Basic knowledge of gym supplements and related products.
- Experience or interest in video creation and social media content development.
- Ability to multitask and manage retail operations efficiently.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment.
