Retail Operations Intern

This role involves supporting store operations through daily monitoring and coordination to ensure smooth functioning. The candidate will be responsible for overseeing store openings, staff attendance, and visual merchandising standards. Regular visits to designated locations and conducting brand compliance checks are essential parts of the job. The position requires preparing reports and following up on operational issues to maintain high standards across all stores.

Key Responsibilities
- Review CCTV footage before store opening to ensure readiness.
- Ensure all stores open on time as scheduled.
- Monitor staff attendance and punctuality consistently.
- Inspect store displays and promptly report any discrepancies or issues.
- Assist in creating monthly duty schedules for staff.
- Conduct weekly visits to the DMC to oversee OWS and LAMY staff performance.
- Perform random brand compliance checks and document any concerns.
- Prepare basic operational reports for management review.
- Follow up on any pending issues to ensure timely resolution.

Required Qualifications
- Fresh graduates or current students are encouraged to apply.
- Basic proficiency in MS Excel is necessary.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with team members and management.

Compensation and Work Location
The position offers a monthly salary of Rs 25,000. The work is conducted in person, requiring physical presence at the stores and designated locations.
