We are seeking a skilled Operations Manager to oversee the daily functions of our retail stores in Lahore. This role demands a hands-on professional who can ensure smooth store operations, enhance sales performance, and lead a dedicated team focused on delivering exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will be proactive in managing store activities while driving continuous improvement and operational excellence across all locations.
Key Responsibilities
Manage all aspects of daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, staff supervision, and inventory management. Drive sales growth by implementing effective merchandising strategies, promotions, and fostering engaging customer interactions. Analyze sales data, customer feedback, and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement and growth. Develop and enforce operational processes aimed at increasing efficiency and enhancing the overall customer experience. Lead, mentor, and develop a team of sales associates, supervisors, and department heads to achieve performance targets. Ensure strict compliance with company policies, procedures, and relevant regulatory requirements. Oversee inventory control, logistics, and supply chain activities to maintain optimal stock levels. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align operational goals with broader business objectives.
Required Qualifications
A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (BA/BBA) or a related field is essential. Candidates should have 3 to 5 years of experience in retail, including at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are necessary to interpret data effectively and implement solutions. Excellent communication and leadership abilities are required to motivate teams and drive results. A proven track record of increasing sales and improving operational efficiency within a retail environment is highly desirable.
