Retail Pro & Inventory Administrator

Saleem Fabrics, based in Lahore, is seeking a skilled Retail Pro and Inventory Administrator to join their team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Retail Pro Prism software, retail data entry, inventory management, and daily system operations. This role requires attention to detail and the ability to manage retail data efficiently to support smooth business operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform accurate and timely data entry using Retail Pro Prism software.
- Manage Retail Pro Prism operations including product creation, stock entries, transfers, and inventory adjustments.
- Maintain item master data such as SKUs, barcodes, pricing, and product updates.
- Process purchase orders, receiving vouchers, and other stock-related transactions.
- Keep accurate records of sales, purchases, and inventory.
- Generate daily and monthly reports through Retail Pro Prism to support business insights.
- Monitor stock discrepancies and coordinate with branch offices and warehouse teams to resolve issues.
- Ensure data accuracy and maintain proper system documentation for audit and operational purposes.

Required Qualifications
- Hands-on proficiency with Retail Pro Prism software is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of Retail Pro data entry and comprehensive system handling.
- Experience in retail inventory management and stock reconciliation.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and other computer applications.
- Excellent typing speed and strong attention to detail.
- Minimum education level of Intermediate; a Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- 1 to 2 years of relevant experience, with preference given to candidates experienced in Retail Pro Prism.
