Retail Sales Associate

Sunday Bazar, a rapidly growing retail and e-commerce brand specializing in premium thrift fashion, is expanding its retail footprint with a new outlet located in DHA Phase V, Zamzama, Karachi. We are seeking motivated and customer-oriented Retail Sales Associates to join our team. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about delivering excellent customer service, assisting shoppers in product selection, and contributing to the achievement of daily sales targets. Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in a courteous and professional manner.
- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products.
- Meet individual and store sales goals consistently.
- Maintain attractive product displays and ensure the store is clean, organized, and inviting.
- Accurately handle billing and POS transactions; training will be provided if necessary.
- Support stock replenishment, tagging, and inventory management.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints with professionalism.
- Promote current offers and encourage repeat business.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily store operations.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum education of Intermediate; Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is preferred.
- At least one year of experience in retail sales or customer service is required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude with a genuine passion for customer service.
- Basic familiarity with smartphones and POS systems is advantageous.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail setting.
- Punctual, well-groomed, and able to work effectively as part of a team.
- Must be able to reliably commute or plan to relocate to Karachi before starting work.

Working Hours
