Retail Sales Executive (Islamabad)

Aroma 24/7 is seeking a dedicated Retail Sales Executive to join our team at the New Islamabad Outlet. This full-time, on-site position offers an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to contribute to the growth of our brand by managing in-store sales and enhancing product visibility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales through effective customer engagement and maintaining a strong brand presence within the retail environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and promote Aroma 24/7 products at the retail outlet to maximize sales.
- Ensure strong brand visibility and optimal product placement throughout the store.
- Engage customers by providing detailed product knowledge and personalized assistance.
- Maintain attractive and organized product displays to enhance the shopping experience.
- Prepare and submit basic sales reports and updates to management regularly.
- Coordinate with management regarding sales performance and market feedback.
- Oversee deliveries and manage payment transactions efficiently.

Required Qualifications:
- Minimum education level of Intermediate; graduation is preferred.
- Previous retail sales experience is advantageous, particularly in the fragrance or scents industry.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to handle customers professionally.
- Self-motivated, sales-driven, and able to work independently.
- Willingness to work full-time on-site at the Islamabad location.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Salary range from Rs. 50,000 to Rs. 100,000 per month, depending on experience.
