Retail Sales Executive

Habitt is seeking energetic and customer-oriented individuals to join our retail team at our Lahore outlets. The ideal candidates will be passionate about delivering excellent customer service and contributing to a dynamic retail environment. This role involves engaging with customers, supporting sales efforts, and maintaining the overall presentation of the store to ensure a positive shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in selecting products and provide outstanding customer service.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and actively contribute to the overall performance of the store.
- Maintain attractive product displays and ensure the store is well-presented at all times.
- Monitor product availability and coordinate timely stock replenishment.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a professional and courteous manner.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent qualification is preferred.
- 1 to 2 years of experience in retail sales or customer service roles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers and team members.
- Target-driven, customer-focused, and well-presented individuals.
- Flexibility to work in rotational shifts as required by the store schedule.

Candidates will be expected to work in person at one of the following locations: MM Alam Road, Gulberg or DHA Y Block in Lahore.
