Retail Salesperson

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Store Sales & Operations Executive to join our growing nutraceutical brand. This full-time role is based at our Brain and Spine Healthcare Head Office in DHA Lahore. The position involves managing our retail outlet, which currently offers eight vitamin and nutritional supplement products. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth store operations, delivering excellent customer service, and maintaining accurate sales and inventory records. Working hours are from 11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., Monday through Saturday.

Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome customers and provide clear explanations of products using approved information.
- Process payments via cash, card, and digital methods accurately.
- Maintain precise daily sales and cash records.
- Manage stock levels, including batch numbers and expiry dates.
- Keep shelves and product displays clean, organized, and visually appealing.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries through WhatsApp and telephone.
- Pack delivery and online orders efficiently.
- Conduct weekly stock counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Record and report customer feedback, complaints, and product-related concerns.
- Submit a concise daily closing report summarizing store activities.

Required Qualifications:
- One to two years of retail sales experience is preferred.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Basic proficiency in computer use, including POS systems, Excel, and WhatsApp.
- Honest, punctual, well-organized, and comfortable assuming responsibility.
- Minimum education level of intermediate; a bachelor’s degree is advantageous.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Experience in pharmacy, supplements, healthcare, cosmetics, or FMCG retail environments is an advantage.
- A background in science, nutrition, or pharmacy is beneficial but not mandatory.
- This role involves retail operations and customer service, with full product training provided. Candidates must communicate responsibly without diagnosing medical conditions or making unauthorized health claims.
