Longway – Yadea Pakistan is seeking a dynamic and experienced Retail Trainer to join our Sales & Retail Operations team in Lahore. This role is focused on strengthening our showroom sales force by enhancing product knowledge, customer handling, and sales skills. The Retail Trainer will play a vital role in maintaining consistent service standards across our retail outlets, ensuring that our teams are well-equipped to deliver an exceptional customer experience and meet sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive retail sales and product knowledge training sessions for showroom staff.
- Train sales teams on effective customer handling, product demonstrations, and sales techniques.
- Develop tailored training materials, presentations, and learning resources aligned with retail operations.
- Facilitate onboarding programs and regular refresher training for both new hires and existing employees.
- Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, observations, and sales performance metrics.
- Identify skill gaps and recommend specific training interventions to address them.
- Support sales teams in achieving targets and improving conversion rates.
- Ensure consistent adherence to brand standards, showroom presentation, and customer service protocols across all retail outlets.
- Maintain accurate training records, attendance logs, feedback, and performance reports.
- Collaborate closely with Sales and Retail Operations departments to identify training needs and align with business priorities.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field.
- 2 to 4 years of experience in retail training, sales training, or a similar capacity.
- Strong understanding of retail sales processes, customer engagement, and product demonstration techniques.
- Excellent communication, presentation, coaching, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to develop engaging training content and deliver effective training sessions.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to maintain detailed reports and documentation.
- Willingness to travel to various retail outlets as needed.
