Excel College of Sciences & Commerce, Fateh Jang, is seeking a disciplined and experienced Admin / Teacher Coordinator to ensure the smooth operation of both academic and administrative functions at the college. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to effectively coordinate between teachers, students, parents, and college management. Preference will be given to retired Assistant Warrant Officers (AWO), Warrant Officers (WO), and Chief Warrant Officers (CWO) from the Pakistan Air Force Education Branch, especially those with backgrounds in education, training, administration, or academic coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily academic activities, ensuring classes run smoothly and efficiently.
- Monitor teacher attendance, punctuality, and adherence to schedules, including managing timetables, substitutions, and assignments.
- Facilitate communication between teachers and college administration to support academic discipline and classroom effectiveness.
- Assist in organizing examinations, tests, assessments, and other academic events.
- Supervise daily administrative operations, maintaining accurate records related to teachers, students, attendance, and academic activities.
- Support the implementation of college policies and procedures, preparing regular reports and coordinating meetings with follow-ups.
- Oversee the proper use and maintenance of college facilities and resources.
- Maintain a disciplined and positive educational environment by monitoring student attendance, conduct, and punctuality.
- Address routine student concerns and liaise with administration and parents when necessary.
- Support student activities, orientations, and college programs.
- Coordinate with teaching and non-teaching staff to uphold professional standards and assist with onboarding and orientation.
- Identify operational issues and report them to senior management, promoting teamwork, accountability, and professionalism.
- Ensure academic routines and institutional standards are maintained, assisting with seminars, workshops, parent meetings, and other college events.
- Perform additional academic and administrative duties as assigned by college management.
Required Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications
- Retired Assistant Warrant Officer (AWO), Warrant Officer (WO), or Chief Warrant Officer (CWO) from Pakistan Air Force Education Branch.
- Candidates from Tech Cadre, JCOs from Pakistan Army AEC, or Pakistan Navy Education Branch are also encouraged to apply.
- Relevant experience in education, training, academic administration, personnel management, institutional coordination, student discipline, or school/college administration.
