Retention Manager (Final Expense/HHC)

Errands Services is seeking an experienced Retention Manager to join our Final Expense/HHC campaign team based in Islamabad. This on-site role offers a competitive salary along with attractive performance-based incentives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer retention within Final Expense or HHC campaigns, demonstrating excellent communication, negotiation, and objection-handling skills. You will be responsible for maintaining customer relationships, addressing concerns effectively, and meeting retention targets in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer interactions by addressing their concerns and objections professionally.
- Retain customers by offering appropriate solutions and tailored offers.
- Utilize strong negotiation and closing techniques to achieve retention goals.
- Consistently meet or exceed assigned sales and retention targets.
- Maintain clear, professional communication to build and strengthen customer relationships.
- Adhere to campaign processes, quality standards, and compliance requirements.

Required Qualifications
- Prior experience in Final Expense or HHC campaigns is mandatory.
- Proven track record in customer retention and sales roles.
- Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
- Strong objection handling and closing abilities.
- Ability to understand and address customer concerns effectively.
- Target-oriented, motivated, and professional approach to work.
- Experience working in BPO, sales, retention, HHC, or Final Expense campaigns.
- Capability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
