Retention Officer (FE)

PRIME BPO is seeking detail-oriented, confident, and goal-driven Retention Officers to join our expanding Final Expense Campaign based in Rawalpindi Satellite Town. This is a full-time, on-site position requiring candidates with experience in Final Expense policies who excel in communication, objection handling, and customer retention. Key Responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound retention calls for Final Expense policyholders.
- Identify clients at risk of policy cancellation or lapse and apply effective retention strategies.
- Develop strong relationships with policyholders through empathy, professionalism, and active listening.
- Confidently address customer concerns and objections, emphasizing the value of their Final Expense coverage.
- Use proven retention and closing techniques to maximize policy persistency.
- Consistently meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly retention targets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and outcomes within the CRM system.
- Ensure compliance with campaign guidelines, company policies, and industry regulations.
- Collaborate with supervisors and team members to enhance retention performance and customer satisfaction.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 6 months experience in a Final Expense campaign.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Strong objection-handling and negotiation capabilities.
- Demonstrated ability to retain customers and perform effectively under pressure.
- Regular students are not eligible to apply.
